2. Requests and confirmation

A request on the site is not a payment. An order is confirmed once our manager contacts you.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in UZS. Our manager tells you the delivery cost after your request; the order ships once paid.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are listed on the Delivery page and confirmed with you.

5. Returns

We accept returns only for factory defects or a wrong item sent. Items that didn’t fit in size or cut can’t be returned. See the Returns page for details.

6. Liability

We’re not responsible for delays caused by delivery services, but we always help resolve them.
